With over 30 years experience with tile and stone products, Baptista Tile and Stone is now fabricating solid surfaces in natural stone and quartz for kitchens, baths, fireplaces, furniture and specialty items.
By maintaining a small shop atmosphere, we strive to combine old world craftsmanship with new technology. Our stone fabricators have extensive knowledge of the properties of various stones and how to maximize a layout to achieve the most value and create a one-of-a-kind finished product. We have a large selection of stone and quartz materials and our design staff can help guide your selection to ensure beautiful results.
When you visit our showroom for a slab consultation you will determine the type of material, countertop edge detail, as well as different sink or appliance applications that may apply. For example, the type of backsplash whether it might be matching slab or a complimentary tile. Or you can e mail us a drawing with that information and we will provide you with a reliable quote.
After acceptance of our quote, at 50% deposit is required to begin your project. We will contact you, or your contractor, to schedule a physical measurement during which time we will make an accurate template of the project. It’s not always necessary for the existing countertops to be removed so it’s possible you need not be inconvenienced during the renovation!
When the template arrives back to the shop, we take great care to color and pattern match the material whenever possible. After completing fabrication, typically 10 days, we will schedule your installation. We know that your schedule is important, so we will arrive on time or contact you in the event of a delay. Accordingly, if all sinks, faucets, appliances etc. can be on the job-site at the time of installation we can insure completion of your project—generally in a matter of hours.
What sets Baptista Tile and Stone apart from our competitors is our knowledgeable design staff, experienced fabrication crew and the ability to coordinate your entire project. We look forward to helping you experience the beauty of a solid surface product!
